What I call A.crow.nyms are intuitive messages that guide my evolution. Their lessons astound me and enhance every aspect of my life. Sometimes they make me laugh out loud. Other times they make me cry with gratitude. They always make me feel loved.

How to Use This Book
Using the Acrownyms can help you quickly shift from stressful doing to peaceful being. Taking the hero’s journey of self-inquiry leads us to our joyful selves. It empowers us with supernatural gifts of healing and manifestation.
The most powerful way to use this book is to choose an Acrownym each morning and meditate on it as you walk in nature or sit in stillness. You can work through the book in order, or open to a random page and let Spirit guide you to the message you need each day. (I prefer the second approach, since Spirit always knows what we need to continue to grow and shift!)
If you are struggling with a particular challenge in your life, you can also find the Acrownyms that speak to you and work with those until a new, more joyful energy emerges inside you. Sometimes, all it takes is a small reframing of a well-known concept to completely shift your perspective. I encourage you to be a trailblazer. To follow your inner guidance every step of the way.
